Hi my name is Melanie ,

I am a dedicated and passionate movement and wellness instructor, specialising in yoga, Pilates (both mat and reformer), and barre, with a deep commitment to empowering others through mindful movement. My qualifications extend across a broad range of specialties, including kids yoga, Pilates for children and teens, pre- and post-natal, meditation & breathwork, and soon, Pilates for endometriosis, allowing me to support a diverse range of clients at every stage of life.

My teaching journey began internationally, where I had the incredible opportunity to work in Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Mexico, and the Maldives. These experiences enriched my understanding of global wellness practices and taught me to connect with people from all walks of life through movement and presence.

When the pandemic brought me back home to Mildura, I embraced the opportunity to reconnect with my roots. I now teach throughout the Sunraysia region, offering in-person classes that bring wellness directly into the community. I also run my own studio, where I facilitate a variety of programs designed to help clients build strength, cultivate mindfulness, and enhance overall well-being.

In March/April, I launched my first wellness retreat in the Maldives—an exciting new chapter that brings together my love of travel, teaching, and creating transformational experiences. These retreats are thoughtfully curated to offer deep restoration, personal growth, and community connection.

At the heart of all I do is a simple, yet powerful mission: to help people feel good, strong, and confident in their bodies. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to movement after a pause, I aim to create a supportive and uplifting space where you can reconnect with yourself and your strength.

Collective Fitness Yoga

Hi my name is Cat ,

At Collective Fitness & Yoga, I support women through both their prenatal and postpartum journeys with safe, effective, and holistic coaching designed to help them feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.

Prenatal Support

During pregnancy, I help women stay active safely with tailored strength training, mobility work, and prenatal yoga. My programs focus on maintaining strength, supporting posture, and preparing the body for birth while addressing common pregnancy discomforts. With my expertise in prenatal fitness and yoga, I guide women through mindful movement that enhances both physical and mental well-being, promoting a smooth transition into motherhood.

Postpartum Support

After birth, I provide structured programs that focus on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, functional strength training, and mindful movement to support healing and recovery. My approach blends resistance training, mobility work, yoga and pilates to help women rebuild strength, boost energy, and regain confidence in their bodies. Whether through personalised coaching, group fitness, or yoga sessions, I offer a supportive environment where mothers can prioritise self-care without guilt.
