Hi my name is Angela ,I am a postpartum nutrition coach, amateur bodybuilder and proud mum to Chloe. She understands firsthand that motherhood is not about bouncing back. It is about building forward.
Through identity shifts, new motherhood and performance goals, Angela has lived the rebuild. A new body. New standards. New habits that support the woman you are becoming.
My philosophy is simple and empowering. Food is just food. Awareness is power.
I support women to fuel well, lift weights and approach their nutrition and movement goals with clarity and intention.
I work on an appointment based model, creating structured and personalised timelines tailored to your season of life. Education, plans and progress are delivered clearly through the Dune Seven app, so you always know what you are working toward and why.
I supports women who are ready to break old cycles and rise into their strength with confidence.
Angela is part of the Alba Moon Village, a collective of women supporting mothers across fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the evolving seasons of womanhood.

Lucia Zara Pilates
Hi my name is Lucia and I Supporting women to move, strengthen and reconnect with their bodies through pregnancy, postpartum and the seasons of motherhood.
I offer Pilates sessions designed to support women through pregnancy, postpartum and every stage of motherhood. My classes create a space where women can gently rebuild strength, improve mobility and reconnect with their bodies during one of life’s most transformative seasons.
With a focus on mindful movement, I support women as they navigate the physical changes that come with pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
My sessions are about more than exercise. They are about rebuilding confidence, restoring strength and creating space for women to move in ways that feel supportive and sustainable.
