Hi, I'm Chelsea! Mother and Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner specialising in maternal and work-related burnout prevention and recovery. I integrate psychology, yoga and ayurveda through the lens of Matrescence to guide ambitious mums through the anger-guilt spiral to a place of deeper connection with their loved ones AND their dreams.
