Hi, I'm Chelsea! Mother and Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner A grounded guide for mothers moving through the emotional, physical and energetic shifts of matrescence.
I walk beside women in the becoming. The unraveling. The remembering.
Blending psychology, yoga and Ayurveda, my work supports mothers who feel stretched thin by burnout, identity changes and the tension between nurturing others and honouring their own ambitions.
My approach is gentle and deeply attuned. She does not rush the process. Instead, she creates space for women to land softly, explore their inner world - including parts that feel messy or fierce - and return to themselves in their own time.
My offerings include:

• Group Programs and Workshops guiding women through pregnancy, birth, matrescence and the reclamation of self and leadership across life’s seasons
Chelsea is part of the Alba Moon Village, a collective of women supporting mothers across fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and the evolving seasons of womanhood.
