A gentle preparation for the fourth trimester
Held is a small group experience for pregnant women who want to feel more emotionally, physically, and practically prepared for postpartum.

The Listening Room
A one-to-one space for reflection, processing, and integration
The Listening Room is a private space where you can speak freely and be deeply heard.
This space is for women who want to:
gently debrief their birth
make sense of their postpartum experience
or explore what has been sitting beneath the surface
You don’t need to have the right words.
You are met exactly where you are.
As this work continues to deepen, The Listening Room will also hold:
Birth Debriefing & Integration
Private, embodied sessions to gently reflect on and integrate your birth experience, and navigate the emotional shifts of early motherhood.
Professional Debrief Support
Reflective sessions for midwives and birth workers seeking supported conversation around the emotional demands of their work.
These offerings will become available from July 2026 as I complete my training as a Reconnected Birthing Practitioner.

The Alba Moon Village

The Village is a collective of women supporting mothers across fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the evolving seasons of womanhood.
