Mamma Moon Menu

The Mamma Moon Menu is a limited, small batch food offering designed to support women through pregnancy and the early postpartum weeks.

This menu was created from listening. Listening to women, to what food truly supports recovery, and to what allows this care to remain home cooked, intentional, and sustainable.

Meals are prepared slowly, in small batches, using cooked, whole ingredients traditionally used to nourish, restore, and support women during tender seasons. Wherever possible, organic produce and ethically sourced meats are used.

The Mamma Moon Menu is not designed to replace everyday meals or feed an entire household. It exists to ease the mental and physical load of feeding yourself during pregnancy and early postpartum, when nourishment needs to feel simple and supportive.

From 2026, the Mamma Moon Menu will be offered as limited monthly drops rather than ongoing availability. Each drop features a refined menu and is prepared in small quantities so the food can remain homemade, not mass produced.

Postpartum nourishment through the Mamma Moon Menu is offered separately and is not included within care packages.

This is not everyday food.

This is food made with care, for recovery.

How the Mamma Moon Menu works

• The Mamma Moon Menu is released as a monthly small batch drop

• Each drop features a set menu, created to support pregnancy and early postpartum

• Women choose a box size, rather than individual meals, to reduce decision fatigue

• Orders open for a short window and places are limited

• Meals are cooked slowly, prepared in small batches, and frozen for ease

• Collection or delivery details are shared with each drop

This approach allows the food to remain homemade, thoughtfully prepared, and offered in a way that is sustainable for both the women receiving it and the hands making it.
