for women who are ready to stop carrying this quietly.
Not a course to complete.
Not a checklist to follow.
Not somewhere you need to arrive with answers.
Just a space to exhale.
To speak what has been sitting with you.
To feel, maybe for the first time in a while,
like you don't have to hold all of this on your own.
THIS SPACE IS FOR YOU IF
— Something has shifted in you and you can't quite find the words for it
— You're pregnant and want to feel emotionally prepared for what's coming
— You're in postpartum and something feels heavier than you expected
— You want to speak honestly about this season without having to pretend you're fine
— You don't feel like you qualify for clinical support but know something is sitting with you
— You just want somewhere to land without pressure or expectation

Session One — Arriving into matrescence
A space to gently land. To begin noticing what this season feels like for you. And to be introduced to the shifts that can happen as you move into motherhood.
Session Two — Preparing for the fourth trimester
A space to look at what isn't always spoken about. To gently prepare for the emotional side of this season. And to begin thinking about support before you need it.
Session Three — A space to pause
A space to slow down. To sit with what is coming up without needing to understand it all. And to give yourself permission to not have the answers.
Session Four — Building your village
A space to explore what support could look like for you. To gently recognise that you are not meant to do this alone. And to begin noticing where you are already held.
Session Five — Being seen
A space to open gently into your relationships. To feel seen within the people closest to you. And to share what this season has felt like in a way that feels safe.
Session Six — A space to integrate
A space to gently notice what has shifted. What feels important. And what you want to carry with you beyond this space.
